Refund policy

At Zivay, To make sure your shopping experience is smooth and fair, here’s our clear policy for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.


1. Returns

Timeframe:

  • You may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • For damaged, defective, or missing items, please report within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

  • Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Fees:

  • A ₹100 fee applies for return logistics.

  • For international returns, customers bear the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged).

  • Items bought during sales, promotions, or with gift cards/store credit.

  • Products missing tags, packaging, or parts.

  • Used, opened, or damaged items (unless reported defective on delivery).

Process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 91577-17377) or Email (zivay.co@gmail.com) within the eligible timeframe. Include your Name, Order number, product details, and Reason for return.

  2. Reverse Pickup will be arranged for most pin codes. For non-serviceable areas, please self-ship to our warehouse (address provided on request).

  3. Returned items undergo quality inspection before approval.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, our team will check it for quality.
    This inspection can take up to 3 days after the product reaches our warehouse.
  5. Once approved, a store credit (valid for 90 days) will be issued within 7 working days.


2. Exchanges - We do not have any exchange policy


3. Replace Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report defects or shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos + order details to WhatsApp/email.

  • We will arrange a free Replacement.

  • Refunds are not offered for damaged items.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method.


5. Store Credit (Gift Cards)

    1. At checkout, select your items and proceed to the Payment page.

    2. Enter your unique store credit code (sent via email/WhatsApp) in the Gift Card/Discount Code box.

    3. The store credit amount will be automatically applied to your order total.

      Validity: 90 days from issuance.

       


6. Important Notes

  • Zivay reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges if terms are unmet.

  • For non-delivery claims, contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
